John 3:15,16 includes the phrase “have eternal life.” In the original language (Greek), this phrase was grammatically rendered as a “Present Active Subjunctive” case. This simply means that Eternal Life becomes an active experience upon confession of Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. Eternal life begins in the present Now of the Believer and is continued in the Believer’s spiritual being after the death of the physical body. In short, your existing spiritual being becomes an everlasting living spiritual being (in) Christ forever.
As Believers (in) Christ, we are all learning moment by moment how to live eternally in our present Now. Please share on this Community Chat, how you are experiencing personal growth in Eternal Awareness since you accepted Christ as your Savior. Inspiration can be experienced by any of us, as we hear from all of us. Let’s Talk by responding to this paragraph.
